Christopher Caldwell is a queer, Black American living in Glasgow, Scotland. He is a Clarion West alumnus, and a recipient of the Octavia E. Butler Memorial Scholarship. His work has appeared in Fiyah, Strange Horizons, and Uncanny Magazine, and reprinted in The Best of British Fantasy 2019, and Best American Science Fiction and Fantasy 2020 among others.
