Foz Meadows is a queer Australian SFF author and critic based in California. She has won a Ditmar Award for Best Fan Writer (2017), the Norma K. Hemming Award for her novella Coral Bones (2018), and a Hugo Award for Best Fan Writer (2019), and has also made the Hugo Fan Writer shortlist a further three times. Her most recent novels, An Accident of Stars and A Tyranny of Queens, are a feminist portal fantasy duology published by Angry Robot.
