Iona Datt Sharma is a British-Indian writer of speculative fiction. Their short stories and novellas have been published widely and are brought together in their first collection, Not For Use In Navigation (published in March 2019). Their work concerns the diaspora experience, language and land but mostly ordinary people doing ordinary things. They live in London, where they are a lawyer and public servant.
