Troy Wiggins
Troy L. Wiggins is a writer and editor from Memphis, Tennessee. His short fiction has appeared in Griots: Sisters of the Spear, Long Hidden: Speculative Fiction From the Margins of History, Beneath Ceaseless Skies Magazine, Uncanny Magazine and the Memphis Noir anthology, among others. His essays and criticism have appeared in various publications, including the Memphis Flyer, Literary Orphans Magazine, People of Colo(u)r Destroy Science Fiction, and Strange Horizons Magazine.
Troy is Founding Co-Editor of the Hugo Award finalist, World Fantasy Award winning FIYAH Magazine of Black Speculative Fiction and is the 2019 Dal Coger Memorial Hall of Fame inductee for his contributions to speculative fiction in Memphis. By day, Troy attempts to help disrupt the nonprofit industrial complex and is passionate about issues that lie at the intersection of arts, literature, and race in Memphis. He blogs about writing, nerd media, and race at afrofantasy.net, and lives in Memphis with his wife, Kimberly.
